The DOEACC Centre Chandigarh, (A unit of DOEACC Society, An autonomous body of Deptt. Of Information Technology, Ministry of Communications & Information Technology, Govt. of India) formerly Regional Computer Centre was established in 1978 to provide professional services in the areas of Information Technology. It is a pioneer Computer Centre in northern India, and is one of the largest Computer Centres of the country having its Head Quarter at Chandigarh and its branches at New Delhi, Shimla and Lucknow.
