J.S. Hostel is a Private Limited Company incorporated in 6th March, 2002 having its registered office at B-114, Duggal Colony, Khanpur, New Delhi with the main object of establishing, maintaining, running all type of hostels and boarding houses with all amenities including electricity, telephone, library, sports facilities, mess etc. in an outside India. The company has been promoted by Mr. Mahesh Kathuria and Mr. Shankar Gupta, the young entrepreneurs.

The Hostel has been constructed on 7,499 Sq Mtrs of Land in Knowledge Park-I, Greater Noida in the vicinity of APJ, Ishan Institute of Management and IEC College of Engineering & Technology. This is the first of its kind of project that has been approved by the Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority after scrutinising the complete project, after satisfying itself about the security measures proposed by us and its economic commercial and financial viability.

Building Infrastructure
J.S. Hostel is another landmark of the Kathuria Group of Companies. The hostel is situated in Knowledge Park-I, Greater Noida in the vicinity of APJ, Ishan Institute of Management and IEC College of Engineering & Technology. The hostel has planned 217 rooms in 7,499 Sq Mtrs. At present there are 120 rooms and Hostel is operational since 2003. Every room has attached toilet, bathroom, Intercom facility, almirahs, bed, cushion, pillow, bed sheet, study tables and chairs. The hostel has well airy rooms, mess, library rooms, gymnasium, staff rooms, and offices. All rooms are equipped with elegantly designed comfortable furniture.

Cyber Cafe
The hostel provides access to internet through microwave radio link with a speed of 128 Kbps. The internet facility is available for 365 days to all hostelites 12 Hrs a day on chargeable basis.

Library
Library is the heart of any hostel. J.S. Hostel has a well planned library on a very big area. The library is well designed which can accommodate large number of students at a time.

Indoor Games
Indoor Games a good pass time during leisure hours. The hostel’s indoor game center is well equipped with Table Tennis, Chessboards etc.

Gymnasium
To keep one fit, the hostel has provided an ultra modern gymnasium for the students. Almost all latest fitness gadgets are available in the gymnasium.

PCO Facility
PCO facilities are provided in the hostel campus itself. Students can call their parents through this facility and vice versa.

The institute is having its own first aid center. A doctor visits the hostel everyday. However the hostel has contract with Kailash Hospital to attend and provide emergency services to its hostelites and staff.
